Is your laptop having trouble charging?
* The charging plug is broken, see Charging plug repair.
* The adapter is broken or the battery is broken: Send us an email with the model, type and type number of your laptop and we will answer you as soon as possible.

This is how you find the right screen for your laptop:
* You look for the model number of your laptop: this is often on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop or under the battery.
* You search via the search function at the top or next to it: Advanced search.
* You can also browse through the different categories in the left column. * If you cannot find the right screen or your laptop: please contact us by email or telephone (0541 533874).

You can also leave the replacement of your laptop screen entirely to us:
You then send or bring your laptop to our workshop: see Replacement service.
You can also come by appointment (call 0541 533874) and wait for the screen to be replaced.

As soon as your laptop arrives with us, we will replace the screen and as soon as your payment has been received, we will return the laptop.
